📍Order Processing & Dispatch
- Standard Dispatch: All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse within [e.g., 24 to 48 hours] of order confirmation.
- Address Changes: If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at 9025603567 within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the package has been dispatched.
📦 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders placed through our website.
📱 Order Tracking
- Once your package is handed over to our courier partners (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, or Xpressbees), you will receive a tracking link via Email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.
🚚 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.
we will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.Please note: If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
⚠️ Damaged or Missing Shipments
We take utmost care in packaging your products safely.
- Important: Please do not accept a package if the outer courier outer seal is visibly tampered with or torn.
- In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or missing from the package, you must share an unboxing video with our customer care team at twinklethreads@outlook.in within 48 hours of delivery to claim a replacement or refund.
